Are there any companies that specifically specialize in finding potential licensees for an invention?

I just received patent pending on my new invention that I would like to license. I was wondering if anyone knows of any firms that specialize in finding a potential licensee. The reason for this is because if there is a company that does this they should have a great source of contacts to negotiate with.

You are not meaning to actually fully patent the invention, you just want to "hire" out your product so that they can then sell the services of it much like a lawn mower, I suppose where the user hires the mower off you then goes and mows other peoples' lawns.

If this is the case, then you need a Sales & Marketing firm to create advertising campaign to sell your product to franchisees who then, in turn, use the product to run a business.
