Arizona Labor Laws for 15 year old and decent jobs to apply to?

What are the Arizona labor laws for 15 year olds, I know its 3 hrs/ day and 18 hrs/wk during school and 8 hrs/day and 40 hrs/wk during summer, but what are the restrictions on jobs i can do and what are the limits on the time of day? Also what are some good jobs that I could do?
