Auto accident injury claim?

I was in a car accident where it wasn't my fault and I'm going to file a personal injury claim, but I'm in the military, and do not get billed for medical expenses as long as I go to a doctor on base. Can someone please explain to me how I may be able to expect this to work out? Our if I would even be eligible to receive compensation for pain and suffering?

You can hire a lawyer to file a claim for you or you can file a claim in Small Claims Court on your own.

It's very simple. Call a couple of attorneys in your area who offer free consultations, and ask them this same question. They will usually provide you with an honest answer.
