Blacklist persons in UAE?

Dear Respondent!

The purpose of this letter is to explain and share some issues regarding the rejection of my entry permit application for residency in UAE and the matter of BLACKLIST CLEARANCE (Blacklist#4550089). I urgently need your advice and legal help in the below mentioned matter.
I had applied for job in an Abu Dhabi, UAE based company. The company offers me a suitable post of Management Systems Engineer (QA department). The company applied 2 times for the entry permit but it was very disappointing and surprising news for me to know that immigration has rejected my visa application due to my presence in their blacklist. I have never visited to UAE or any other country in my whole life, and this was my first chance to work abroad which is unfortunately ceased at UAE immigration department.
As a human being, this is my fundamental right to prove my innocence in the eyes of law because I am not a guilty of any offense. Apart from the current employment opportunity, the issue of ‘Blacklist’ is very serious and may have very grim implications in my career and personal life.

I have resigned from my current job due to present employment opportunity from Abu Dhabi and now a day I am jobless person who has to support his family. I want to rejoin the pending employment opportunity in UAE Company as soon as possible after my clearance from blacklist.
Kindly investigate the matter and provide me help for clearance from BLACKLIST.

first of all you contact the immigration authorities and ascertain the reason for your blacklist and thenproceed legally .

If you're from India another person with the SAME name as you could be on the blacklist. Verify your passport by the Indian Authorities and then going to the UAE Embassy in your country. It takes time to investigate your case, but there is nothing you can do about it now. You have to wait it the UAE Authorities are willing to investigate.

This is very common in UAE. Perhaps they have problem with their software or the people handling those. You need to request any of your friend in UAE to go to Emigration Dept. with the "Personal Relation ship Manager" of the company who has applied your visa. Remember ask him to carry your educationa certificates endorsed by UAE embassy in INDIA. There is a counter at emigration which is specialized in sorting out "Black List" thing. The Authroities Know & well aware that names which are similar in their record create this Havoc.
Black list in UAE hardly & not mean any criminal activity. Mostly the blacklist are the people who came on visit visa and over stayed. And also some people who had been on employment visa, they found working with other sponser instead of the one which visa they carry.
Or I would suggest you to spend some money & try any of your friend in UAE to obtain 14 days transit visa for you, this will also go through rejection but a friend can go to emmigration's black list counter and make them understand that the person never visited UAE (ALONG WITH YOUR EDUCATIONAL cERTIFICATES). Once this visa issued you may get in touch with the company which was originaly sponsoring you. Only a dear friend in Dubai can inititate and help you to solve the problem. Clearing the black list is easy and only Single working day procedure. UAE authroities are very nice, gentle and people friendly.
