Bought $100 phone off a friend for my girlfriend at the time (ex now) until she could afford a new one.?

We broke up to have a break and she jumped to another guy. We've been apart for 4 weeks and she's refusing to give that phone, as well as an older phone she doesn't use any more, back to me and my family. The older phone is an iPhone and the new one is a Samsung Galaxy S that I bought off a friend 6 months ago with my parents' money.

We both live in NSW, Australia. Does anyone know the laws behind this? Does she HAVE to give it back.

I also bought her a 2 year anniversary present, but never received anything from her. Should she give this back too?

I know it's a dick thing to do, but she betrayed my trust and I'm left hurting a lot as well as me believing she doesn't deserve the items. The relationship was extremely one sided.
