Brother in Law has HIV how to behave when he visits?

My husband's brother used to live with us, but I had to ask him to move out about a year ago for reasons not pertaining to this post. Since then he moved in with his girlfriend, & her 7 year old daughter. The girlfriend is now pregnant and was diagnosed with HIV, he too tested positive. I don't know about the daughter as I haven't asked and am a little scared to know.
My husband and I have an appointment to get checked, but he thinks I am over reacting. I know the chances of us catching it just by living together is very small, but I worry that maybe he used one of my husbands razors.
My question is: How do I handle it when they come to visit? I have done some research and know how the virus is spread, but still worry about the exposure to my family. Especially because we don't know about the daughter yet and I have a toddler, cut's and scrapes are a way of life here.

just act normally and be careful with the kids

blood to blood contact is unusual -rather than usual

There is no reason to worry, as long as y'all don't have sex, you will be fine, and well about their doughter, just let them know your concern, and educate your kids about HIV.
