Can a 16 year old girl and a 20 year old boy date with parent consent with out getting in trouble with the law?

I'm going to be 16 next month and the guy will be turning 20 next month also, and my family know's the other side his family, for 13 year's now. Can we date with out getting into trouble? if we have parent consent on both side's? Were only 3 1/2 year's difference. and its 3 year's. So could he go to jail or get into trouble?

Or are we allowed to date if we get consent?
We live in Hillsboro Oregon also..

im pretty sure you can date at any age if you're willing. I don't know if sex is allowed though..

its illegal no matter what just cause your underage but as long as you dont have sex because if you guys break up and you were mad at him you can say you had sex because he made you and then he would go to jail

but if your together and your family likes them then have at it, good luck :]
