Can anyone tell me how come I have received 5 packages in the last 2 weeks that i didn't order?

I don't put my credit or debt card info on the internet because I don't order on the internet. My sister is doing this question for me. All of these companies have tons of consumer complaints against them. I never ordered from them-ANY of them yet somehow they have my name and address. I did however place an order by phone with a totally different reputable company. These other 5 ripoff companies don't have my credit card or debit card info that I know of. At least not from me. When I call they give me the last 4 didgits that don't match mine and an email address that it was supposedly ordered from which of course doesn't exsist. After the 1st 3 pakages arrived I cancelled my debt card and told the bank not to pay any charges from these companies. Then 5 days later i got the other 2 packages that I didn't order. Did I somehow manage to get on a list of ripoff companies somehow? Has anyone had this happen to them and what can I do about it? Thanks. I also reported this to Trans Union fraud alert. None of my cards have had any charges as of today.

Return all packages to those companies. It sounds like the company you ordered from is connected to these scam companies

You did all the right things. The only thing I would add is: IF the companies that shipped you the stuff have toll-free numbers, call them and ask if they want to issue you return labels. Otherwise, it's yours to keep (or give away or sell). But you are under no legal obligation to pay to call or return items that you didn't order and were sent to you fraudulently.
