Is there any consumer protection agency in GB that I can contact on a delivery from U.K. that was not and may never be received. DHL in the U.K. says they cannot help me they say to contact DHL in Italy. I already telephoned at my own cost without any satisfaction. They told the office in U.K. they couldn't deliver because couldn't enter in an untruth, because I don't even have a gate. All the couriers come right in. I sent two e-mails without response to DHL Italy--they were never answered. They keep holding up my package. DHL GB that sent it have washed their hands off the matter who can I contact in the U.k. for consumer protection. They sent the package -- it's one company. Why do I have to continue paying phone calls? Thanks
