Can doctors refuse you medical testing which you believe you need, and which makes even common medical sense?

WOW!!! Lots of covering up there. Most times when in the same practice (office) or group, docs do try to stay on the same page but there are some that will not do this and do what's right for the patient. I suggest you keep calling attorneys til you find one that will help you and contact the medical board in your state. These docs need to be reported. You are entitled to have copies of your medical files. You can also call administration of this company and request through them while letting them know the doc refuses to give them to you. Don't show them all your cards as you plan out what your next move is since they are and have already been trying to cover up their mistakes.
