Can emails be used on court if you have obtained someone's password?

Postby gofraidh34 » Fri Mar 09, 2012 5:36 pm

If you hack someone computer and a police report was filed

Can you send emails to people from that persons account to harass yourself and then sue the owner of the email for slander, harassment, criminal charges, etc....

Is this enough evidence to send someone to jail for 29 years? Can you get 10 million dollars ?

In wondering what the law says about this?

Just curious - but are you by chance naturally blonde, or mentally handicapped, or both.....

There's only one victim in this scenario, and it's not you.

What you're proposing to do can lead to charges of theft, fraud, forgery, and of course, email hacking.

The punishment can be loss of email account services, fines, prison sentences or a combination of all three.

You make think you're a computer whiz but by posting your plan online, your IP address is now all over the Internet so maybe it's time to just worry about the crime you've already committed.
