The first answerer gave you information that is just completely inaccurate. Yes, you can get two Bachelor's Degrees, if the college/university that you attend allows for students to complete a Dual Degree. The other option would be to complete a Double Major, if each major leads to the same type of degree. That is, if each major are both considered Bachelor of Science Degrees, you wouldn't need to do a Dual Degree; instead, you'd do a Double Major and earn one degree with both majors listed on one Official Transcript.
How long it would take to do a Double Major or Dual Degree really depends on how many credits you enroll in each semester and whether or not any of the courses could count for credit in both the major(s) and General Education. I'd say it would likely take you 5 years for a Double Major and 6 for a Dual Degree, but that's just a rough estimate. It could be more; it could be less.
Additional: I'm not sure who told you that you have to major in Science in order to become a doctor. That is not true. You can major in anything you want, but you do have to make sure that you complete Prerequisite Courses in such subjects as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus, etc. in order to be competent enough in those areas when it comes time to take the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and to be eligible to apply to Medical School. Therefore, if you have a big interest in Criminal Justice, you could major in that, take the courses that are needed for the Pre-medicine Track and still (possibly) be accepted to Medical School.
