Yes, as long as you do it on or before the required court appearance date.

Can I fight a traffic ticket without posting bail?

Yes. My friend used an attorney. Went to court for him when he received a traffic ticker in Las Vegas. one thing that the attorney said is that the officer did not have the average speed survey and percentiles of the average speed limits of every car in that area. You see the speed limit on the highways is not the accurate speed limit. There is a survey and they find the 85th speed limit percentile of the cars in that area. The attorney stated the officer didnt have the average speed limit survey therefore it was considered a speed entrapment. The judge asked the officer. He said he didnt . therefore the case was dismissed not points on my friends record. he was free to go here is what they do jonathanjackson.buildlastingsuccess.com
