Can i gate my flat in my own name only?

I had a flat(in my name & mother name jointly) before marriage.after marriage i was forced to buy another flat in my name & my wife's name.she lived with me 2 years and went to maternal home in pregnant condition.since then she is in maternal home with our daughter.she filed section 125 before accessing locker(held in joint name of mine and my wife) after 3 years approx.since she went to parents.then i filed section 9,then she filed section 24.she took all ornaments,nsc from bank locker.i couldnt even live with my daughter in a single day.i am a employee in a private sector.my in-laws are very rich.i pay the emi for both the flats. i had to pay huge amount of emi for different loans.my mediation is going in a family court.i am requesting my wife to sell the said flat but she says to sell the another one and says her father gave me money for buying flat which is totally wrong.she said she has document of this. i dont without check which document can be legal where as due to my financial crisis i had to withdraw my pf to buy that flat. after divorce how could i transfer that flat in my name where as my loan, emi are made by me. now i can sale it anyway?
