Can I go back to high school I dropped out last year?

I dropped out last year as sophomore I worked for a whole year to help my family.Can I go back if I be 17 as a sophomore or just get a ged.I also wanted to go to law school and a university can I still get finacial aid,grands or scholarships somthing that"ll help me pay for university .

Yes you can still go back to high school, you can also go to an accelerated school, where they will let you go through your classes at your own pace. You can still get financial aid as long as you have a high school diploma or equivalent(GED). However it would be much easier on you to go back to high school, it's free, and they actually teach you the work. (= Hope this helps.

I think you can.. It depends on the high school. I think you should check out what high school classes you need to become a lawyer and try getting into them. I think you could keep an eye out for scholarships to help you out in college too. I wouldn't worry too much about financial aid until I'm a senior because you still nee to graduate. If and when you do graduate you could apply for financial aid somewhere and try asking them to make a plan with you. It's a good thing your thinking about a career and getting back to school :D

since you are not 18 yet, go to your highschool and see where they can send you. I live in California, and I dropped out in 10th grade. When I went back for 11th grade, my highschool said I was too short on credits and couldn't take me back. So they sent me to another school that was meant for dropouts and I stayed there one and half year and got my diploma. GED is meant for 18 years and older. From there I went to community college, transferred and got my BA degree and working on my Master in nursing. So you can do it, there are options but you have to go out there and look for it.
