Can i still setup a payment plan if my ticket has turned into a warrant?

I have a traffic citation from over a year ago. I dont have enough to pay it all at once but i have a warrant out for my arrest now and i dont want to risk it. Have any of you still been able to get a payment plan on a ticket that has turned into a warrant and was the warrant lifted at that point?

Even if you can pay with a payment plan. That doesn't matter anymore, because you have a warrant for your arrest. Even if you paid the entire amount now, you would STILL have to deal with the warrant, because it would be a different charge (contempt of court)

No you cannot. Once a Warrant is issued, the Court is involved. You need to get to the court house pronto and make it right...really really.

Avoiding it will not make it better. Turn yourself in you will probably get a day or two in jail. Then work out terms in court. They don't want you in jail they just want your money.
