Can my boss make me tell her ....

.... what I'm going to say about her in a meeting that's planned so employees can present grievances about the current work environment? She was all but yelling at me today insisting that I tell her what I was planning to say. When I told her simply, "The truth," she blew up and started calling me names like "scumbag".
