Is there a reward if I turn in a company owner with a illegal on their property in Alabama? If figure if the new law in AL makes it a crime to have an illegal in my car property then so should an illegal on company owner property.

The law is blatantly unconstitutional. The courts are deciding it now.

Not if the illegal has presented paper work that says he is legal, which most do.

And there is no way for the employer to verify the status. You can not call the SS administration to check the legal status of an employee because it's considered discrimination.
