My fiancee owes support, We both own the Truck that is our only transportation. He was injured at work and is on workers compensation can the Texas attorney generals office put a lien on the truck?

Maybe. Your fiance should call the Attorney General office and work out some kind of payment plan or your life with him is going to be filled with bank accounts being cleaned out, tax refund checks being taken, not being able to buy a home, etc.
