Can There Be A Law Of Limitations How Long A...

Is there a law of restrictions how long a business needs to purchase an injured employee? My partner was hurt at work 24 months before and workmans compensation. did purchase the medical expenses at that time but he's began to have issues again in the damage. Does the organization still need to purchase health care?

Is There A Statute Of Limitations On How Long A ...

Usually the workmen's payment treatment may be the unique rememdy; its ideal for companies because they usually can't be prosecuted for on-job accidents plus they simply spend a definite quantity in to the workmens compensation account.     you have to ask and find out if your additional state could be created from the workemenis payment account for recently found/sustained effects of the damage.   You may want to obtain a employeeis payment expert attorney to assist you with it to get a "contingent payment"(a portion of what he gathers for you personally).   all the best.   Rob
