being high, but not in possession of any drugs or drug paraphernalia? Like if you're at a party, and you take a hit, but you don't have anything on you, and the party gets busted, and you're high, but have nothing on you, can you get in trouble for that? I'm in Minnesota, so please answer with Minnesota State laws.

It is in your system that means you are under the influence, that means you can and will get arrested

Everybody is wrong. Possession is the only thing illegal.

At least, that's how it worked when I was younger here in MN.

If the Officer believes you are the influence of drugs or alcohol , that is all they need for MIP.
