Can you refuse a drug test as a minor on CHINS probation? The contract they signed did not include drug tests?

My friend is getting drug tested apparently because she is on CHINS probation, the papers they signed said nothing about drug tests. To me this seems like illegal search and seizure.

Please support your answer with the Law, and even the chapter of the law or the laws name if available

Im not going to bother supporting what i have to say with law books that you wont understand but what I have to say is this--Minors Have NO rights and I minor is anyone under the Age of 21(not 18)21 is the age of legal alcohol consumption and if your friend who is a Child wants to be a smart A__s and attempt to bring law into it that is not so she/he will become ward of the state until the age 21(ordered by the courts),It is not a age its about Maturity level--When on Probation it doesn't matter what age you are--you do not have rights nor do you belong to yourself or even your Parents/Legal Guardian--you belong to the State and yes they can drug test you any time they want(by law)if this friend refuses they are automatically guilty(because they obviously are refusing for a reason)and the police have the right to arrest and take teen to hospital for Drug test there(strait Jacket if required),if this teen wants to be a problem then they can be institutionalized and held under surveillance until they reach a proper age to sit in jail and the Probation officer will take it before a Judge and start a prosecution that is so prolonged as a trick to keep the teen in a court issue till the teen IS the age that they can be tried as a Adult with the full extent of the law--tell your friend it is Time to Grow Up--trying to act like their smarter then a P.O is going to cause them a whole lot of Grief in the End--I wouldn't piss the P.o Off in any way--they know the law and are abiding by it.
