Per official rules from:http://calbar.ca.gov/calbar/pdfs/guidelines/Rules_Title4_Div1-Adm-Prac-Law.pdfRule four.26 Legal educationGeneral applicants for the California Bar Examination should(A) be graduates of law schools authorized by the American Bar Association or accredited by the Committee or(B) demonstrate that in accordance with these rules they have(1) studied law diligently and in great faith for at least 4 years in a law school registered with the Committee in a law workplace in a judge?s chambers or by some mixture of these techniques or(two) met the requirements of these guidelines for legal education in a foreign state or nation and(C) have passed or established exemption from the First-Year Law Students? Examination.

Based on the CA Bar Exam requirements, yes. Based on the CA Bar Exam requirements that you posted, yes, you could take the bar exam with just an ABA-Accredited LLM
