Canadian Immigration For Students In Us

I found US on H1B visa in 2002 and worked like a program manufacture and IT Director.   Our H1 is completed in March 2009.  today I'm on F1(pupil) credit and it is vallid till 2011,   may I qualify for immigration to europe. Our current era is 38 years and that I possess a masters level in computers with 10+ decades of experience.
