Changing Custody Centered On Guardian's Class Schedule

Postby Yang » Sun Jun 29, 2014 4:42 pm

Issue is for that state-of California
I've two kids ages 10 & 9 and my ex and that I reveal %50 bodily and spirit custody of these. They're with me for just one week plus they are together with her the next wee, therefore we turn by week.
Our issue, she's presently likely to collection and it has courses really late. They remain house with her partner. Girls have explained the desire there mom was house before bedtime. This makes me really unfortunate... May I have more actual custody since she is not athome by 10 pm. I want I really could be together every single day. Is that this anything a judge might consider to provide me my women on her overdue college times plus my regular entire week?
Thanks.

Modifying Custody Based On Parent's Class Schedule

Postby luther » Thu Jul 03, 2014 8:28 pm

I doubt that your ex- has late classes every night. I am skeptical that a court will modify custody based upon her trying to build a better life for herself and your daughters.

Modifying Custody Based On Parent's Class Schedule

Postby LAngley » Tue Jul 08, 2014 10:01 am

From what my kids tell me it appears as though she does. Each goes mattress around 9 so perhaps her course does not escape till 9. I'd prefer to understand this altered and so I could be together when she is not about. I understand she is attempting to better her home, but at our kids period? Personally, I would not do this cuz i cherish the full time I've together. Simply pull that I'dn't be given this. May I perhaps create the debate till she is completed with college? Then we're able to alter it back again to 50%? Cheers for that reply.
