Changing Visitation Because Of Ex's New Partner

I've complete authorized and actual custody of my two kids. Our ex has visitation which was put up by him and that I. The final 6 months have now been hell becuase he's started dating a woman that's a medication/drinking issue and it has been already imprisoned for DUI. I decline for my children to become around her so then my ex simply do not need his visitation. He informs me he'll consider me to courtroom but I am unsure for what. I am still offereing him to determine them as much as he did before although not around her. They're prohibited to remain the night time at his location if she's there. May he consider me to courtroom? May the surfaces aspect with him provided his and her documents?

He's visitation however the judge quit it-up in my experience/us in the future up with occasions. I've advised him he is able to begin to see the children any moment he wants-but I simply do not need them around his gf. I've not rejected him time. I am also dealing with an attorney but i simply needed a few recommendations if some of you'd any.
