I reside in Sc and lately married a guy from Ny. We have only been married a month. He's 3 children by his ex girl and they nonetheless reside in Ny with her. We had been married she filed for complete custody when she discovered. My spouse is unemployed, he was layed down in july and has not had any luck discovering yet another job. I am struggling finacaly. I do believe he has to spend child help, but my concern beneath Ny Law

She probably also has concerns about EX will take kids out of NY and never be seen again
