Child Support

Postby Eadbhard » Sat Jun 28, 2014 7:24 pm

I've been separated for that previous 6 years. Our ex has custody of our boy and that I have visitation with him. I've complete custody of our child whom he doesn't notice. We visited domestic and we're suppose to become helping the kid we've custody of. Your boy is just a mature this season and he'll graduate in June. Yesterday my ex informed our boy in the future live with me cause he was completed with him. So he's currently coping with me and that I have our child also. Our issue is do I've togo and also have the custody contract transformed to be able to consider him back for assistance until he students in July?? Or may I simply proceed directly into domestic with this boy declaring he's not helping or coping with his dad? Your boy becomes 18 in January.<br />

In PA., you don't need to have a custody order; you can just go file for support of both ; you don't need to bring your son to file.
