Citizenship help me please and i will give 10 points and 15 stars =)?

Postby osryd » Sun Dec 18, 2011 9:12 pm

please help me and i will give 10 points and 15 stars =)

my case is the following

my grandfather was born in the U.S. taylor texas in 1925, but in 1940 when
was the second World War, he fled of that war and arrived in Mexico at the age of
15 years about, never wanted to return to their country for fear that happen again
something like that, he had 4 children but never wanted to
settle the nationality of they and neither to teach English to they so they could
not go to the United States and never a live experience like him. he never did a petition
of citizenship for her sons and he never return to U.S for to live only for visits his family
a sister, cousins and uncles.

My grandfather died at the age of 52 in 1977 But now that all their children
are adults, they going to the United States but as Visitors with tourist visas,
but my mother and my uncles like a sons of the citizen american or like a sons of
the one person borned in U.S now they want claim their rights and we can visit
and stay in the country without any problem or maybe stay, study or work and
they becomes a citizens americans too.

recently went with a attorneys in U.S and we talk about our case and told us
there is a U.S. law says that if a person was borned in the U.S but that person
not live or stay in U.S when has 15 years old until to 20 years that person
is not considered a citizen american although he had borned in U.S, then they
told us could not do anything to us or rather, to my mom and my uncles to
arrange theirs rightful citizenship rights, that is it true???

Now then if my mom or my uncles like a sons they can´t do nothing for to have
the citizenship in U.S

mm.. and, would have a possibility for my mothers and hers brother of the
citizenship by the sister of my grandfather?? if by example, she lives actually and
she is citizen american in texas now, and i think that maybe she talks or she does
a petition of citizenship for the sons of her brother, could it help us for obtain
the citizenship??

or maybe for my grandmother?? she lives and she is mexican but
would have a possibility for she of reclaim rights or citizenship for to have been
married with a citizen american? are there rights for she for to have been the wife??

Or in case that we can´t do nothing for the citizenship, could U.S give us something
like other type of permission for to keep in the country or studied or to work in
U.S for that we are direct family of citizen american??

You asked this question before and I answered it very thoroughly.

By asking this question over and over and over and over again you only upset those of us who try to help people, free of charge. Stop it. You have no way to obtain U.S. citizenship and no way to residency based on your dead grandparents, totally aside from the fact that your grandfather would be court marshalled and put in prison for a long time if he were still alive and dared to set foot in the U.S. again.

None of your family are eligible for citizenship or legal status to live and work in the US. Your grandfather has passed away, he cannot do anything from the grave.

Why pay for an attorney if you don't listen to them. Your grandmother doesn't have any citizenship rights and you don't have any citizenship rights. However if you want to study in the US you just need to show you have enough money to pay for tuition fees and you need to get accepted at an US university and you have a decent chance to get a student visa.

Your parents cannot pass on any US citizenship onto you if they never lived in the US. Since your grandfather is dead and not living in the US he cannot sponsor any of his relatives for a greencard. Citizenship doesn't generally get inherited over generations if people don't live in the country of their citizenship. Not sure whether your parents can try to claim their US citizenship, I guess they can try. What I am certain is that their children are not US citizens through their parents and only could get a greencard if the parents can claim their US citizenship, live in the US and sponsor the children for a greencard. If that all works out it would take about 20 years until you could get a greencard that way. Seems hardly worth the effort..

Just face it, if you want to get a greencard or study in the US you need to earn the right based on your own achievements. Go on and achieve.
