Closing Out A Colorado S Corporation

Closing Out A Colorado S Corporation

Postby Karlitis » Thu Feb 06, 2014 9:50 am

s About Taxes)/Closing out a Colorado S Corporation Advertisement Expert: John Stancil, CPA - 2/14/2006 Thank you for your advice, John!  Just one more question -- since we wouldn't be recurring clients(for a CPA or other accountant), do you think this is a simple enough transaction that somewhere like H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt could handle it and do it correctly?  I know that they hire ordinary citizens during tax season, give them a bit of training, and then let them loose to do taxes.  I don't have a problem with that -- I'm sure they're qualified -- but is this more than a "normal" return would involve?

Thanks again!
