Closing Statement For Mock Trial ?!?!?!?

Hi,
I have to do a mock trial for my school. I am a defence lawyer trying to show that jacob (accused for drug trafficking is innocent). basically the story goes, this guy named jacob went to africa for a business/ vacation for his boss. He was meeting a client, and his client gave him 2 bottles of wine to take back to his boss as a gift. He came back to america, and in the airport, they random checked him, and they say a substance on the brim of the bottle. they opened the bottle and discovered that cocaine was mixed with the wine.

I have to get him innocent. I need a solid Closing statement. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Yeah, that's a tough one. I can see why you're having trouble. Legally, the guy's guilty. All you could really do is make him out to be a patsy, and hope you get a sympathetic jury.
