Our issue entails a careless driving solution in the State-Of: Virginia.<br />
On 8-6-08, I was driving in Surry County, VA to go look for seashells at Chippokes Plantation (lame, I know).<br />
Our German Shepherd was within the back-seat, my spouse was within the front-passenger, and that I was operating with my 16 pound puppy in my own panel. (I understand, which was silly also).<br />
Our people permit/tackle is for Vienna, Virginia (Northern Virginia). <br />
The "area of crime" was Chippokes and Highgate Rds.<br />

I'd ENJOY for the whole point to become definitely ignored, but I doubt that'll occur. <br />
Does anybody have any encounter in Surry County, or with Official M. Baily? <br />

History - two decades old, 1 prior "disappointment to follow freeway signal" about 24 months ago. I was not able to consider the necessary Defensive Driving Program over time, therefore permit was stopped (was not captured, simply got stopped after not getting school within amount of time provided - I was out-of city, relatives were ill, etc) but I did so consider the program, got permit reinstated, etc. <br />
Any guidance could be AWESOME.

Try speaking with the prosecutor and viewing if you're able to obtain a termination or reduced amount of the cost. While you recommend, many people may think it is bad view to operate a vehicle having a 16-pound puppy in your panel, but I am unsure that individuals might instantly believe, "This Really Is careless driving."<br />

You are able to accuse the official of anything you need. But nothing can come of thos specific accusations.
