Consumer's right for online order cancellation?

Postby naseem » Sat Nov 19, 2011 11:25 pm

Order make with Bloomingdales, got cancelled in the next day.
I've placed an online order with Bloomingdales also received the confirmation mail from them as well, which has indicated the items/quantities I purchased and the items/quantities was available (and will be ship on Nov.19), my card was charged. In the next day they sent my another mail telling me to contact thecustomerr service because they can not complete my order, then I found out my order has been cancelled!!
Do they reserved the right to make any changes to the agreed transaction? Or, I reserve the right under the consumers protection?

They have the right to cancel an order at any point.

There is so much fraud going on, that if any of the steps there is a problem
most companies will Cancel the order and you will need to track it down.

It could be your shipping address did not match the shippers database, We cancel
for this reason a lot. (someone ordering using someone Else's address)

Sorry your customers rights are more based on once you get the product.
