I've a rental home with two cotenants. Among the tenants "Mike" explained he was departing at the conclusion August 1st on July 5th, declaring he "believed" another tenant "Patty" could be keeping. The lease is extremely fundamental and just handles the necessity of the one month notice when the tenants choose to remain on following the firing of the rent. Is it correct notice when just one tenant provides notice but does not actually inform another tenant he's departing?<br />
