Breakfast- 2 eggs poached, 2 pcs. of toast burnt to a crisp and then some (to kill the germs and other impurities), 6 cups of orange juice filtered thru sanitary kitchen towel
Lunch- 6 more eggs, but only 5 cups of oj this time. Filtered and sanitized, of course
Dinner- Well cooked steak with all the fat removed, a barrel full of non buttered green beans (or as much as you can physically eat, and then some). Seriously though you should have at least 10 cups of green beans. Green beans kill fat and are good for you.
Snacks- 2 desweetened apples, ONE health food bar of your choice sanded down to about 1/20 of an inch (with my about to be patented calorie sander "sand those calories away!" tm), and plenty of store bought (because it's clean) water -with a pinch of salt. (So you'll drink more water)
This is one of many diets I've developed that I feel is guaranteed to lose those unwanted pounds, inches, and height. Unfortunately, I don't have a catchy name for it yet.
