Is that in bad taste?
What about this? Mother of the year?

Nope, sorry.

The mother is so griefstricken, she has taken out a copyright on all merchandise carrying her son's name.

What else is a bereaved mother to do?

The only two pending applications are for "pre-recorded digital media" in class 9, so you could certainly file for something similar in class 25 for clothing, not to mention other things like tote bags (class 18), gun cases (class 13), etc, "being stupid lessons" in class 41, etc.

How about hoodies with a hooded thug photo on the front (licensed from the photographer, of course), with a target on the back, maybe with a catchy slogan like, "can you outrun a .45?" Make them in white, give them away to local gangstahs.
