Criminal Trespassing and Marriage?

My Question is the debate of Marriage, the laws of valid Seperation, and the offense of Criminal Trespassing.

Example: How can a criminal offense not include civil matters when it comes to Criminal Trespassing, Marriage, and Factors needed for valid Seperation.

Also a side Question would be How can you be denied the right to appeal when you are currently homeless, your court appointed attorney will not communicate through email, and yet you had to go through a supposed non-probation probation for 6 months to appeal to find out it was dropped since you were not informed you needed to sign proper paperwork.

I would love to go into this further if anyone has the time.
