Trespassing Charge

Our friend submitted a trespassing charge against her ex husband, but has chose to decrease it. May she maintain contempt of courtroom if she simply does not appear in courtroom about the evening that it's togo prior to the judge or may the charge be ignored due to her disappointment to exhibit?

If she doesn't come in courtroom, it's probably the cost is likely to be dismissed.<br />
Whether there could be an attempt to concern a table cause on her or even to maintain her in contempt will be based upon the neighborhood guidelines, the prosecutor, judge, and surrounding details - I can not truly guess.
