Criminal Use Of A Handicap Dish

My dilemma needs vehicle registration or title inside the state-of: Texas
I was issued a citation and misdemeanor criminal misuse of handicap plate with out father
Present....or in the region.
Is this proper and I would like to plea to citation but not criminal charge. I considered the dish incorporated the auto. I assume the policeman thought I changed plates with myDad's auto. Daddy 84 and owns 2 cars.One particular-Automobile I drive but is reg to Daddy. It is a GTI and may possibly be why policeman believed there is criminal misuse.

The dish is definitely an alternative for the screen placard. If you don't would be the individual who hasbeen released the best to park in handicapped parking and achieve this, it's a breach.
