In this case, I think that it is certainly possible, unlike California and idiot Perez Hilton. Miss CA did not answer that question at all. She literally blew the question by not answering it and she was not in the lead going into the question. Do not get me wrong, I agree with her stance, but if you look at the question and then the answer, she did not answer the question that was asked and would definitely be graded down for that.
As for Oklahoma, I think it certainly had an impact. Whether that took her out of 1st place is questionable, but certainly possible.
VRZZ...BTW, I have spent time with pageant contestants. I use to think like you do, but was not such an @$$ about it. After spending time with them and coaching some of their interviews, I would guarantee that 90% of these "clueless bimbos" are smarter than you...and that is giving you the benefit of the doubt that you have more brains than your answer projected. I would guess the true number to be 99.99%.
VRZZ...I would love to see you put on that kind of a spotlight and asked an impromptu question and see how you responded. No, I did not coach her, and of course she bombed that answer. But that is not the norm. That is the exception. I would bet that you have NEVER been under that kind of a spotlight. Until you have, you have no basis on judging anyone who is. That simply shows that you stereotype based on your own ignorance of the situation. These ladies could be asked pretty much any question about anything and they have to know more than most people have to ever know at one time. That young Miss Teen SC, will very likely go farther and make more of her life than you ever will.
