Probably, but who would know? I have never had to mark my ideology on a juror form.

When you go to jury duty they do not ask if you are con or lib.

No, mostly juries are comprised of people for whom the $5 stipdend per day represents a huge pay raise. So, the vast majority of jurors are Democrats.
