Postby plys » Tue Jul 17, 2012 9:31 pm

I had my daughter about 6 months ago and just got emancipated, me and my fiance both work but we are only 17 do the Labor Laws in Florida still persist, including I cant work more then 30 hours a week, No working after 11pm, no more then 6 consecutive days and a 30 minute break every 4 hours. We both attend Online School. Thank you, I'm not looking for criticism I am doing the right thing working taking care of my daughter and in school, please help me out with some answers.

If you are able to ask, you have NOT been legally emancipated. The ONLY universal requirement for emancipation is proving you can support yourself entirely. You just proved you CAN'T.
