Do people who protect copy rights patrol YIA?

I often see questions on here such as "where can I watch The Hunger Games online for free". If the movie was just released, an online source would be illegal. Do lawyers and intellectual property people scan sites like YIA looking for illegal online sources and bust them?

No, because there are 100 other sites just as large where people can post links to pirated content. They go after the source - the place where people are actually downloading from.
