Do the bar staff have a right to put my picture on the wall if I been banned?

Let’s say if I was banned from a bar and I was never allowed back in there, will the staff have a right to put my picture on the wall with a big red x that has a slash on it saying: “NOT ALLOWED IN HERE!”? Or is this defamation of character?

Hey man. Well wtf did u do and how do u know its on the wall if u can't go in there? lol. If it was me i'd be pissed and call a lawyer bc they have no right to put ur pic on their wall if u say they can't. Embarassing u every day is pretty lo even if u deserved to get kicked out and i'm guessing lots of bars would have walls of pics if they put everyone's pic up that got booted out. Sounds lame as hell man but don't be goin all postal on anyone either or u will have a diff kind of pic up somewhere and some orange suits to wear.. Good luck/peace.

Yes they can. It is mainly so all employees know what you look like not just the ones who banned you. And no it is not defamation of character.
