to work any other job then housekeeping, farming, any labor position which according to her is fine, But she is trying to get a law passed if it's not a hard labor job, The American Citizen will receive a huge fine and a possible ten year jail sentence for hire an illegal alien? Source Google.

No, I don't agree at all. I think the word that we keep overlooking is "ILLEGAL". They are not supposed to be here. I think if you hire them to wash your car you should not just pay a fine but go to jail.
I would handle this whole immigration issue in a much better way. If you are found to be an illegal alien, we do not send you back to your country with a slap on the but, we give you a three year sentence that you will spend on a government farm, or a private farm that pays a fee for you to be there. During that time, you will be given the option to apply for citizenship. If you get it, when your three years are up, you get out and get on with life as a tax paying registered citizen. If not, then we send you back. If you get caught again, it's five years.

No I don't agree with her. The American should be fined for hiring an illegal alien to work ANY job. Only way they shouldn't be fined if a private citizen who hired an illegal immigrant that had papers that looked real. I mean how many people are honestly going to pay to do the full check and catch that the person is illegal.

no I do not that is the problem with elites. All illegals should be barred from working in the U S!
