Do you agree that doctors in Kansas who lie to women who are pregnant in order to trick them into carrying a deformed fetus to term because the doctor is opposed to abortion should not be liable for medical malpractice prosecution?
Example: A fetus that has no brain/deformed brain but the doctor keeps telling the mother "Everything is Fine" cannot be held liable for malpractice.
