Do you know the requirements for a California labor law poster?

I got a letter from a private company trying to sell me labor law posters. I do not have any employees. Am I still required by law in california to post the poster when it is just me running the business?

When you are the owner and sole employee of a business, you don't have to post labor law posters or carry Workman's Compensation Insurance. All you have to post in a conspicuous place are your business license and LLC certificate if you have one. Even if you did need posters, you could print them online free.
