The stress of a lawsuit negatively affects a pregnancy. Can you sue for personal injury damages as a result of being sued while pregnant?

I have been involved in civil litigation in various roles since 1974 and have never seen a judge who would rule in favor of such a claim.

Does suing a pregnant woman result in personal injury damages?

Be reminded that personal injury is a result of someone's negligence. A pregnant woman under litigation had stress because of her own actions. She was under such due process because she might have committed a mistake. Therefore it was her own negligence that put her into stress. In my own perspective, I think it would not be a valid argument. But for more details about personal injury. visit the site below.
