Driving with people in the car?

I got my license 3 months ago, I don't regularly drive with people in my car. I live in massachusetts, on my license it does not say that driving with people in my car is a restriction. What is the restriction of driving people in your car after getting your license in Massachusetts? And what is this law called? I have no idea how to look it up online.
