Ebay took my listing off unfair what can I do to dispute it?

I had 2 rosetta stone language PC CD's on ebay everything was going fine. There are over 70 others on ebay. And I get a email mine was removed because :
The listing was removed because it violated eBay policy.
The rights owner, BSA (Business Software Alliance) (US), notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights. When eBay receives a report of
this type of violation, we remove the listing to comply with the law.
Copyright infringement is unlawful and against eBay's policies. Copyright is the protection provided by law to the authors of creative works, such as movies, music, software, photographs and books, both published and unpublished. Copyright owners posses

This was not a copyright or bootleg copy. I'm furious I paid full price for mine why did it get removed and yet everyone else has there's?
How can I dispute this?

It may have to do with how you wrote the description. You may need to include that the disks are used or something like that. It is also possible that someone reported you and didn't report the others.

Try to contact ebay and find out why they would take off yours and not the other listings.
